We also support franchise partners with operational guidance and recommended equipment. Our aim is to deliver reliable, customer-first services and to help franchise partners run a professional auto care business.

Franchise Support & Guidelines

We offer franchise support that includes training, recommended processes, and promotional listings. Franchise partners may continue to use an existing business name or register a new one per local rules (GST, business registration, or incorporation). We do not provide legal, tax, or licensing services and we do not guarantee approvals from government agencies.

NO LIABILITY

While we follow careful procedures, no car wash or detailing service is completely risk-free. Issues not visible at the time of service may be noticed afterward. We are not responsible for mechanical or electrical faults that are unrelated to our service. We do not work on sensitive electronics such as engine control modules, in-dashboard displays, ADAS cameras, or other components unless explicitly agreed in writing. Customers should remove valuables before service and be present while work is performed. Once our team leaves the site, we are not liable for subsequent loss or claims.

USE OF PHOTOS & VIDEO

Our studios and service locations may be under CCTV for quality, training, and safety. We may photograph or record vehicles and work for training or promotional use. By using our services you grant Door2Door Car Wash® the right to use photos or videos of your vehicle and service (original or edited) across online or offline media. If you do not agree, please inform our staff before service.

NO LICENSE OR TRADE CERTIFICATE

Door2Door Car Wash® does not issue driving licenses, trade licenses, or government certificates. We are not an agent for regulatory approvals and do not undertake to obtain permits or official clearances on behalf of franchisees or customers.
