Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") form a legal contract between Door2Door Car Wash® (referred to as "Company", "we", "us") and any user ("You") of our website or services. This Agreement governs your use of door2doorcarwash.com and all services, products and content we provide.

By accessing or using our website or services you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using our site and services immediately. We may modify these terms at any time; continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.

Website Usage Terms

All content, design, graphics and other materials on the site are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute or republish content except as permitted in this Agreement.

We use tracking technologies such as cookies and web beacons to improve user experience, analyze site usage, and remember preferences. By using our site you consent to these technologies; you can manage cookies via your browser settings.

The Company provides content "as is" and does not guarantee completeness, accuracy or suitability for any purpose. Any reliance on site information is at your own risk. Our site may link to third-party sites; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Service Partnership Program

The Door2Door Car Wash® Service Partnership Program ("Program") allows qualified businesses to operate using our brand and systems. Participation requires adherence to our operational standards, quality controls and brand guidelines.

Minimum Requirements

• Team: Each service team should consist of 2–3 staff members, with at least one trained professional certified by the Company.
• Equipment: Required equipment includes steam washer, vacuum, polishing machine and specified cleaning accessories.
• Operational Area: Partners must maintain an exclusive operational radius (details provided during onboarding).
• Insurance: Maintain comprehensive liability insurance as specified in the partnership agreement.

Financial Commitments

Partners must meet financial obligations including initial fees, monthly royalties and contributions to marketing and technology funds. Specific rates and payment schedules are set out in the Service Partnership Agreement and may be updated with notice.

Late payments may attract interest and other remedies as described in the Agreement.

Performance Standards & Quality Control

Partners must meet minimum performance standards to remain in good standing. These include customer retention, service ratings, response times and completion rates. The Company may conduct audits and quality checks. Failure to meet standards can result in retraining, probation or termination.

Only Company-approved products and materials are permitted. Substituting lower-quality products is a material breach.

Limitations of Liability & Indemnification

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or goodwill arising from use of our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company and its affiliates harmless from claims, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from your use of services, violation of these terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms in the Service Partnership Agreement or applicable service policy. Certain fees may be non-refundable and advance payments may be partially refundable subject to deductions for administrative costs and services already rendered. Refund requests should be submitted in writing as specified in the Agreement.

The Company reserves the right to issue refunds as cash or company credit at its discretion and to set reasonable processing timelines.

Termination & Suspension

The Company may suspend or terminate any partnership or service for quality violations, non-payment, unlawful activity, brand misuse, fraud or reputational harm. On termination partners must stop using Company marks, return proprietary materials, settle dues and remove signage within the timeframe specified in the Agreement.

Partner Responsibilities

Partners are responsible for staff recruitment, training, safety compliance, insurance, and day-to-day operations. They must maintain records, follow safety protocols, use approved products, and address customer complaints promptly.

Media & Publicity Rights

By partnering with Door2Door Car Wash® you grant the Company rights to photograph or record premises, staff, services and customer vehicles for promotional use. Media may be used worldwide and in perpetuity. Partners waive rights to inspect or approve finished media and will not be entitled to compensation for such use unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Company Support Services

The Company may provide support such as digital presence setup (Google Business, local SEO), communication systems (business phone, call handling), and operational materials (marketing collateral, training manuals). Support scope and availability are set by the Company and may change.

Dispute Resolution

• Negotiation: Attempt good-faith negotiation for 30 days.
• Mediation: If unresolved, submit to mediation in Delhi.
• Arbitration: Remaining disputes resolved by final and binding arbitration under Indian arbitration laws.
• Governing Law: This Agreement is governed by the laws of India with exclusive jurisdiction in Delhi courts.

Parties agree to individual claims only and waive rights to class actions or representative proceedings.

General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: This document supersedes prior agreements.
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect the remainder.
• No Waiver: Failure to enforce does not waive rights.
• Assignment: Assignment requires written consent.
• Force Majeure: The Company is not liable for events beyond reasonable control.
